iSwii by Angry Birds
IP Retail & Product Design Internship | 2022 During my internship for the iSwii by Angry Birds cafe project at Tangram in Flushing, I managed product design and merchandise layout planning to revitalize the iconic Angry Birds IP. I conducted extensive market research at flagship IP stores in Manhattan, such as Line Friends, to analyze retail logic and structure a comprehensive marketing proposal centered on merchandise diversification. Leveraging Rovio’s asset library, I reimagined existing design elements into unique graphic patterns, developing various print layouts and apparel fits for hoodies and t-shirts. After obtaining brand approval, I managed vendor relations by evaluating and comparing manufacturers to select the highest quality production within our budget, successfully creating high-ROI merchandise and interactive products that drove customer engagement and maximized pre-opening profitability.
